If a River tile is placed in a point where it's adjacent to both a Wasteland and a Desert / Dunes tile, it transforms into an Oasis (and not in a Reed).A flat debuff to attack speed is also shown in the Stats section of the screen, however, it has no actual effect and is likely just a misleading quirk of the UI.This can force the hero to attack slower than the default speed or, in extreme cases, to stop attacking entirely for the duration of fatique. It fully and additively stacks with the Tired debuff. Oasis debuff to hero's attack speed is multiplicative, it can be seen when the player hovers over the hero.Clarification: The attack speed reduction is capped at -25% to the hero's attack speed and -50% attack speed to all other creatures.Because every move is a waste of energy under the hot sun that everyone is trying so hard to avoid. The only good thing is that they only happen out of necessity-not just for fun or to demonstrate someone's power. But don't think that it's a land of harmony and peace. The peaceful atmosphere every oasis creates can calm various creatures and allow them to coexist in a small territory. A single lifesaving sip of water can unite people dying of thirst better then any treasure or common enemy. Whole civilizations were built around oases. Water is the most precious treasure in the desert. Thick vegetation is the only thing that keeps this stream from drying out. River tile next to Desert/Sand Dunes tiles.
